North Country Coffee Cafe
Enjoyed lunch with my daughter Laurie and my granddaughter Ava at North Country Coffee Cafe. I had a delicious wrap with chicken, avocado, red onion and an excellent aioli. Everything we tasted was very fresh. The wait staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Our food arrived quickly. The coffee was above average. Our dessert was a chocolate cupcake with a light and airy buttercream frosting. Brought my husband home a cinnamon bun that was clearly homemade. My husband proclaimed it to be more than above average. Prices were in line with other local coffee shops. We will definitely return for another lunch or maybe even a breakfast. Check back with us again next week and we will have another delicious dining experience to share with you.

North Country Coffee Cafe
I am at North Country Coffee Cafe. They have great food and prices. Here are some of my thoughts about this cafe. Today I had a bagel with cream cheese, cinnamon bun and mango smoothie. The smoothies tasted fresh and a little thick too(yum). The bagel was crisp but still really good. The cinnamon bun was moist and good. Now here are a couple of items kids would like from the menu. The chocolate chip cookie and yogurt parfait looked really good. Those are some of the items kids might like.

North Country Coffee Cafe
After watching Ava play a great game of basketball, my Mother, Ava and I headed to North Country Coffee Cafe for a quick lunch. I started my lunch with a cup of Jamaican Me Crazy coffee. This coffee is beyond smooth. I added some Battenkill Creamery cream and enjoyed every drop. I was pleased to hear that many of their products are purchased from local businesses. I chose the Santanoni wrap for my lunch. This was definitely the right choice. The wrap was tomato basil and filled with fresh greens, buffalo chicken, shredded cheddar cheese and blue cheese dressing. A bag of sea salt chips were served with the wrap. Since I didn't finish my entire wrap, I decided to try a few of their baked goods. I bought a chocolate cupcake with an espresso butter cream frosting and a cinnamon bun. Ava ate the cinnamon bun and I shared the cupcake with my Mother. The butter cream frosting was light and fluffy and the chocolate cupcake was moist and rich. A perfect pairing with my coffee. If you aren't in the mood for a wrap then you can choose one of their salads, yogurt parfait, homemade oatmeal, muffins, scones, bagels or cookies. To top it all off, the customer service was beyond excellent. While you are eating your lunch you will enjoy the photography by David Railsback hanging on the walls. North Country Coffee Cafe is the perfect place to stop for breakfast or lunch. I am looking forward to stopping in again soon for another cup of coffee and a homemade scone.

Welcome to our food blog!
If there is one thing that we know it is food. My Mother, Daughter and I have spent a lot of time looking for and eating at great restaurants. We want to share our dining discoveries with you. Every week we will explore at least one restaurant. The 3FoodGals will post reviews from three completely different perspectives. My Mother, Garnet, will rate the quality of the food, dining environment, pricing and availability of coupons. My Daughter, Ava, will give her review based on the range of choices on the children's menu and of course the taste of the food. My reviews will focus on the overall dining experience including customer service, dining atmosphere, and quality of food.
